Welcome to GlobalVibe! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the GlobalVibe iOS app ("the app"). By using GlobalVibe you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
GlobalVibe is operated by James Anthony Rodwell, an individual sole trader based in the United Kingdom ("we", "us", "our").
You must be at least 13 years old to use GlobalVibe. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for any activity that happens under your account. Don't share your account or let anyone else use it.
GlobalVibe is a space for sharing moods, vibes, and positive social connection. You agree NOT to:
You retain ownership of the content you post (moods, posts, photos, captions). By posting, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, and distribute your content within the app for the purpose of operating GlobalVibe.
You are solely responsible for the content you post. We do not endorse user content and do not pre-moderate it. We reserve the right (but have no obligation) to remove any content that violates these Terms or that we consider inappropriate, at our sole discretion and without notice.
You can report content or users that breach these Terms via the in-app report flow. You can also block any user, which stops them from contacting you and removes their content from your view. Apple-required tools for reporting and blocking are available within the app.
You can delete your account at any time from in-app Settings. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, especially the Acceptable Use rules in Section 3. We may do so without notice in cases of serious or repeated violation.
GlobalVibe is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time without notice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of (or inability to use) GlobalVibe. Our total cumulative liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms or the app will not exceed £20.
Your use of GlobalVibe is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use your information.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the app or by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continuing to use the app after changes means you accept the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising out of these Terms or the app will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
If you downloaded GlobalVibe from the Apple App Store, you also agree to Apple's Standard End User Licence Agreement. Apple is not a party to these Terms and has no obligations whatsoever with respect to the app. We (not Apple) are solely responsible for the app and its content. Any product warranties not effectively disclaimed will be addressed by us; Apple is not responsible.
